Usually, more than 60% by weight of the car is made of steel sheets. Excellent ductility of the steel due to its wonderful work hardening rate during plastic deformation. Special weight loss by alloying with aluminum and hard work can lead to effective weight loss in the motor vehicle body components made of steel. In order to connect these components to each of the welding is used. Various researchers have tried numerous ways to welding these alloys. Such as laser welding and gas tungsten arc welding noted. Because of the low thermal conductivity of the steel, welding methods must be used with low energy input. Electron-beam welding method is a new method with low energy and high-speed input which can be used to connect components of the vehicle.
