To prevent the water leakage from existing joints, fractures, discontinuities, in abutments and founda??ons of Karun 4 Dam, the grout curtain in both sides was designed and done with 10 grou??ng galleries in different levels. The galleries are loaded under special conditions due to overburden and water pressure towards grout curtain during and after supplying water in reservoir according to efficient parameters of grout curtain. Due to location of gallery and grout curtain, the flow of passing water from grout curtain led to asymmetric distribution of water pressure around the gallery. Thus, the stability analysis of final concrete lining at grout galleries corresponding to this type of loading is interested. The aim of this thesis is analysis of stress-displacement and consideration of final concrete lining stability at Karun 4 grout galleries during opera??on and suppling water in reservoir according to asymmetric distribution of water pressure. For this reason, the passing water pressure from grout curtain around final lining of LG2 gallery is assessed by the seepage analysis of FLAC 2D so??ware. Finally, according to interaction between rock mass and concrete lining, water pressure and concrete lining, the forces and moments are assessed in concrete lining of the gallery based on ACI 318-02 standard design criteria. To do this above analysis, the route of the gallery is divided to two sections based on rock mass permeability (according to cement take of gallery route).
