Every day the numerous amount of waste water and dust produced in many part of factories like steal production and iron settling because of the iron in this dust we should use it a a primary material. In this research with usage of sludge of ZOB-AHAN manufacturing and sponge iron of it as the primary material ,we intended to produce nano-pigment of iron-oxide. At the beginning the primary material has been under the leaching process by sulfuric-acid therefor the iron that has been inside of them in the form of the solution separate frpm the solid remaining part and use for the production of black nano-pigment. The solution resulted from the leaching process of sludge and sponge iron mixed togather with specific proportion and prodce primary material sediment with addind NaOH solution to it, then with accurate monitoring of circumstances of solution like pH ,temperature, time, proportion of and desting of availabe iron in it ,can deform to black nano-pigment. Finally distilled water washed and dryed in the oven at 60°C temperature. The produced black nano-pigment in the first step is primary material for production of red nano-piment(Fe 3 O 4 ) And brown nano-pigment in calcination process. With calcination process on the black nano-pigment(Fe 3 O 4 ) and oxidation of solid state of it, we could produce red(?-Fe 2 O 3 ) and brown(?Fe 2 O 3 ) nano-pigment. Temperature, time, aeration rate in calcination process are significant factors and noticed for optimal production of red and brown nano-pigment. The produced nano-pigment due to their tiny size have more coloring and covering power than natural pigment. Oil absorbtion power and spectral reflectance curve are two vital analysis that weperformaed on nano-pigments. With the respect to the gained result ,the produced nano-pigment in optimal state have less absorbtion power compare to their natural form . also spectral reflectance curve of these nano-pigments showed that the color of these pigments have approperiate agreement with their representing color. In addition as the economic benefit producing these pigments from mentioned primary materials reducing environmental pollution
