In this research, the issue of coordinating production planning for continuous casting lines and hot rolling mills, which are one of the most important steel production lines, has been studied in cold charging mode and as a case study in Mobarakeh Steel Company. A linear mix integer programming mathematical model in multi-objective mode is proposed and the model is based on lotsizing and scheduling problem and production conditions in the Mobarakeh Steel Company. Given the proven computational complexity, The proposed model is in the category of NP-hard problem and it is not possible to solve large size of problems at a logical time.
