In the last two decades, both asacemicians as well as practitioners have shown keen interest on the subject of supply chain managemnet (SCM). Supply chain management (SCM) has been a major component of competitive strategy to enhance organizational productivity and profitability. Also, in recent years, organizational performance measurement and metrics have received much attention from researchers and practitioners. This paper develops a methodology for evaluating a supply chain based on balanced scorecard approache that measures and evaluates business operations from following four perspectives: finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. This model has implemented in the HEPCO company and its results have been analysed. The results show that the highest weightage is assigned to the customer perspective and customer satisfaction measures.
