Projects allocate voluminous share of resources and attention of a given organization in big enterprises. Quality of projects plays an indispensable role in this area. Accomplishing a project on its time, cost, and scope has a critical effect in eminence and development of an organization. A project faces wide varieties of threats. Analyzing and recognition of risks are of the main ways to reach goals of projects. Due to the wide spreading range of risks, haltering all of them is not the case. Therefore, it is vital to rank risks to face them based on their priorities. In this research our focus is on proposing a new method for ranking in order to improve current algorithms. Information Technology area has been chosen in this research. Ranking projects in order to select the best one and ranking risk factors of the chosen one are two main goals of this research. Proposed algorithm has been tested on a case study. Results show that both proposed projects have the same priorities in the risk approach.
