Abstarct It goes without saying that, in urban traortation planning, recognizing the factors that influence the travel mode choice and their level of effectiveness are of utmost importance. This insight leads to comprehensive traffic analysis in urban networks by traortation planners which brings about taking proper traffic policies in short-term and also planning for required urban traortation facilities in long-term. Hence, being a significant part of traffic analysis process, the travel mode choice determines the contribution of various vehicles in different operational situations of urban traortation network. In the second phase of comprehensive traortation investigation, a model was built for Isfahan city which was lubricated with the collected data from the first phase of that survey. In the aforementioned model, only two main parameters of "travel time by vehicle" and "car ownership" were studied. One of the most undeniable factors that might affect the decision type of urban traortation users regarding their travel mode choice is the significant increase in fuel price during recent years; furthermore, the heaviness of traffic in the central region of Isfahan results in even and odd plan for private vehicles which influences the behavior of the passengers absorbed to this area. According to what is reviewed above, it seems that a general review in travel mode choice model for Isfahan is essential. The main purpose of this research is to propose travel mode choice models in accordance with destination for Isfahan city in which in addition of the two effective factors "travel time by vehicle" and "car ownership", a third item "travel cost by vehicle" has been also considered; on the other hand, the structure of the model has been also revised so that the effect of even and odd plan in central part of the city is considered.
