[U1] apatite formation after 3 days of immersion into simulated body fluid. The porosity investigation was carried out by ImageJ software by pore measurement using SEM images. The results showed that all of the coatings have porosity up to 70% and are suitable for bone regeneration. The [U2] assay illustrated that the Go-PCL/Gelatin/forsterite (0, 1 and 3 wt.%) showed better biocompatibility, cell adhesion and proliferation in comparison with PCL/Gelatin/forsterite( 0, 1 and 3 wt.%). As a result, the prepared bilayer biocomposite coating including forsterite nanoparticles can be a promising candidate for orthopedic implants. [U2] لش رو بیار
