In order to study biological mechanics, as one of the most important processes in this study simulation of a keratoconic cornea with inserted implant in it has been developed to analysze the effect of corneal implantation on reflective parameters changes. For this target in the first step, simulation of the normal based on its reported properties is done. In the next step, material properties of the keratoconic cornea based on stage of the diseases, is predicted. In the following simulation of the keratoconic cornea based on resulted material properties is done. In the final step, intrastromal corneal implantation is simulated to calculate reflective parameters changes. For validation, the results are compared with standard nomograms for each implant which is published by manufacturers or clinical data of a patient. After confidence from model validation, other important parameters in corneal implantation is analyzed and compared. According to gained result, interior cornea curvature is the most effective parameter to analyze surgery result of implantation. This parameter changes shown that the implant thickness and optical zone directly relates to implant modification influence. In addition, Ferraa implant has more influence in smaller optical zones and Intacs has more influene in further optical zones for keratoconus treatment .
