Deep drawing is the most important process for forming sheet which is used widely in industry for changing the form of metal sheets and convert it into hollow parts and without any seam. This process has wide use in producing parts with different forms and sizes for different aspects of production which covers many small parts and useful in electrical and electronic industry with sizes up to few meters in variety industries. Special methods in processing of deep drawing have caused improvement in industries such as airplane and car production. Wrinkling is considered one of main defects of deep drawing proce and is a problem which we are confronted in this process. This defect can cause damages to die and bad effect on part and its capability, therefore prediction and prevently in wrinkling is very important. This project has tried to consider different parameters effect on wrinkling phenomenon of square cups in processing of deep drawing. The kind of material which is used in aluminum and blank circling. All simulations has done with ABAQUS/EXPLICIT v6.7 oftware and effects on different aluminum alloys, punch radius, matrix radius, blank holder force, blank holder gap and friction coefficient on wrinkling phenomenon. The results of this research has concluded that with increase of blank holder force, increase of friction coefficient, decrease of blank holder gap, decrease of punch radius and matrix radius can decreased the wrinkling in deep drawing process.
