Thermostatic valves are such collections that mostly are used in heat and cooling Systems. Thermostatic valves as the means is specified as a tool for thermo regulation system used. These devices that used in heatand cooling systems also do not differ much. In most thermostatic valves, there are two pieces that work asregulator functions. One is a thermo magnet and the other is a thermostatic sensor. Thermo magnet that often used in thermostatic valves is responsible to switch off or on, but thermostatic sensors used in all heat and cooling thermostatic valves and regulate the temperature degree. The thermostatic sensor as a critical piece is produced in a few countries such as Italy , Spain and china. In this research project is trying to optimize the sensor mechanism and method of construction is presented. This sensor has a route entry diaphragm gas (thermal systems) or the cold route input (cooling systems) to open and close and also connections that the diaphragm valve body is sealed. In industries, the manufacturing of diaphragm and the parts connection with non equal thickness are important. The sensor also contains a substance that is fluid as a stimulus sensor is identified and the selection effect is an important sensor performance.
