Since the late 20th century, due to the increasing emphasis on economic issues and the safety, scientists and researchers, it has come to the conclusion that they can use methods and materials in their research to make these two issues more desirable so then it has studied materials which had high utility and economic. Beside this with developing industry and technology science, scientist had used some special shape of material like plates. In the present study, the main focus and maneuver is on one of the materials that has been discovered less than 40 years ago, but at this short time, due to its unique properties, it has found an important place in the industry. The aspect of the material examined from aspect of civil engineering - not material engineering - is a bit beyond of a simple and routine structure which, as a result, in believe of active scientists in this area is a bit forgotten. In this study has been tried to check statis behavior of plates made with this material with special circumstances by FSM and FSDT attitude and prepare with benchmarks and existing results. With knowing that in perusing static behavior of plates made with Q.C are few researches, it’s more important to using a powerful and applicable numerical method like FSM.
