Considering the significant expansion of candles usage in construction projects in recent years; Examination of candles and estimation of bearing capacity of candles is of particular importance; therefore, an FCV device that can estimate the bearing capacity of candles is mandatory; But first, the results of the device should validate. In this study, while introducing the FCV device made in the Isfahan University of Technology as a good and suitable device for modeling spark plugs, the stress field inside the device has been studied to compare the stress gradient device with the stress gradient of real conditions. The results of this study show that the FCV device can simulate on-site stress conditions properly. Keywords: fcv device, finite element modeling
