Replacement of L with secret data is not only the earliest and the simplest form of steganography, but also the most vulnerable against statistical steganalysis methods. The literature is replete with such methods, some of which are very accurate and are able to estimate the embedded percentage of the media.uch methods are called quanti tative steganalysis methods. In this dissertation, a quantitative LSB steganalysis method is proposed for various embedding domains, which is comparable with the most accurate quantitative steganalysis methods. The proposed method is able to estimate the amount of embedding not only for the spatial domain but alsofor many other transform domains such as DCT. For the purpose of steganalysis, the proposed method needs only the histogram of the domain which, the embedding is performed. This causes the proposed method to be less complex compared to its counterpart methods. The low complexity of the proposed method makes it suitable for real-time steganalysis of internet connections or digital telephone trunks.
