Laguerre planes, Mobius planes and Minkowski planes are three types of geometric structures which also called in literature Benz planes after a uniform approach for the representation of these geometries by Benz. An important class of Benz planes are miquelian Benz planes. Pioneers of characterization of miquelian Benz planes were Van der Waerden and Smid in an article published 1935. Another important class of circle geometries are ovoidal Benz planes which characterises the bundle axiom. Miquel axiom and it’s degenerate forms play an important role in characterizing Benz planes. The role of Miquel axiom in circle geometry is similar to Pappus axiom in projective geometry. Our aim is to study the role of a degenerate form of Miquel axiom called M 6 in Benz planes and its relation with affine derivations of these planes.
