The resolution of singularities is one of the important concepts in algebraic geometry. Let I` and I`` be two ideal sheaves on quasi projective variety X and X`, respectively. Our aim in this thesis is to find an ideal sheaf I such that the blowing-up of X along I is equivalent to blowing-up of X along I` and I``, respectively. Furthermore we consider Theorem 7.17 page 166 of [18] and will represent a constructible method for it.
