In this thesis, the solutions of Einstein's equations for static and non rotating metrics in ( n+1 ) dimensions, in the presence of matter(energy-momentum tensor) is obtained. Solutions of Einstein's equations in the presence of matter are known by names of internal solutions. First, internal solutions examined in the lower dimensional.the general appropriate metric in ( n+1) dimensions guessed. in lower dimensions is compatible with the metrics in these dimensions. following, we examined and solved the Einstein's field equations in the presence of matter in arbitrary dimensions. Finally, we understand that this solutions are related to each other and we can find a rational process between solutions in different dimensions.with finding this process, we have been able to guess the general internal solutions and write it. in the next part of the thesis,we obtained the general rotating BTZ like black holes metric. first, we examin the rotating BTZ black holes metric, then we examin the BTZ like black holes metrics again. with help from these metrics, we guessed the general that has been named with the rotating BTZ like black holes metric. with the solutions of Einstein's equations in different dimensions and finding a logical way between the solutions in any dimensions, we guessed the unknown functions in the general metrics and obtained it.
