In this study, polycrystalline bulk samples and thin layers of manganite La 0.85 Ca 0.15 MnO 3 have been studied.prototype was prepared by sol-gel method and then the samples were sinter at temperatures of 1150 and 1350°C. Magnetic properties of bulk samples by ac susceptibility (real and imaginary components) were studied. Magnetic susceptibility of the samples was measured at different frequencies and fields. Measurements showed that the samples have been sintering in 1350°C and also bulk samples have been sintering in 1150°C A frequency-dependent drop (a frequency-dependent peak in the imaginary curve) arises. The origin of this behavior is probably due to the spin glass. Then on the Si and LAO substrate Were deposition using the pulsed laser deposition technique. X-ray diffraction results show that the single crystal layer Growth directed towards C is formed on the substrate. The effects of laser radiation and magnetic field on the resistance layer deposition on LAO substrate and the bulk sample have been sintering in 1350°C pulverized were studied. Heat generated by the irradiation causes a temperature shift in the whole diagram. Also at low temperatures due to Photoinduced, the decrease in samples resistance was observed. Applied magnetic field in manganites, Reduces electrical resistance. This phenomenon is called the clossal magnetoresistance. Also magnetoresistance depends on the angle between the magnetic field and the electric current (Anisotropic magnetoresistance). In this project, anisotropic magneto resistance in bulk and thin film samples were studied in the magnetic field KOe 10. The results show that the bulk sample in the temperature range of resistance parallel mode is less than the resistanc vertical mode . But in thin film sample, in Insulating phase, resistance parallel mode is less than the resistanc vertical mode , But in the conductive phase, .
