Recent advances in the field of short laser pulses, allows us to observe and control the dynamics of ultrafast atomic and electronic processes. One of these processes is photoelectron generation by laser pulses which has attracted considerable attention. Our aim in this research is employing time-dependent density functional theory based calculations for studying the effects of short laser pulses on nitrogen molecule and calculation of the resulting photoelectron spectra. This molecule is exposed to laser pulses with different energies and then the emitted photoelectron spectrum is computed after different times
