Many efforts to understand biological information process in single neuron or neuronal networks have received increasing attention in recent years. Synchronization phenomena in neuronal systems are thought to be the basis for many biological relevant processes occurring in brain. Human brain include 100 billion nerve cells (neurons). To investigate how they synchronized is too hard so scientists verify this phenomena in a minimal building block of a neuronal network composed of two coupled neurons. The Hodgkin-Huxley(H-H) model is a powerful model to explain different aspects of spike generation in excitable cells. In this work we investigate the effects of channel noise on synchronization of two delay-coupled neurons H-H model. In after that we assume quantum mechanic probability instead of classical probability aspects in H-H model . we enter a quantum coefficient to H-H model and then verify synchronization phenomena for this semi-classical BS model.
