Photocatalysts are valuable materials that are used in many fields such as photocatalytic fission, cathodic protection, hydrogen production, oxygenated water production, etc. due to the electron-hole separation properties during light irradiation. . In this dissertation, CrS / TiO2, WS / TiO2 and FeS / TiO2 nanotubes have been prepared by single-stage electrochemical anodizing method. Using SEM and TEM methods, surface morphology and XRD analysis of EDX nanotube structure were investigated. To investigate the photoelectrochemical properties of the nanotubes, a chronoamprometer was used. We see an increase in current in all samples compared to the instance sample. The results of studies show us that the increase in photoelectrochemical properties of nanotubes synthesized by single-anodizing method . In CrS / TiO2 section, Cr25S75 / TiO2 sample, in WS / TiO2 section, W50S50 / TiO2 sample and in FeS / TiO2 section, Fe75S25 / TiO2 sample were selected as the optimal condition due to better response to the mentioned tests. In all three works done in this dissertation, first the photoelectrochemical properties were studied and then we produced hydrogen peroxide electrochemically.
