In this work the application of choline chloride [HOCH2CH2N+(CH3)3]Cl as the ligand of PdCl2 is studied. The catalytic system was homogeneous and as it is expected the catalyst has high activity and even with low concentration it is capable of working. First, palladium chloride and choline chloride were heated by oil bath in 130?C until a dark brown viscous liquid was obtained which is the homogeneous catalyst. Then it was used in Suzuki coupling reaction which was performed in reflux heating and in the presence of NaHCO3 as base and EtOH50% as solvent. In the second part of this research Heck reaction was examined with such catalyst. The products were obtained in 130?C heating by oil bath and in the presence of Na2CO3 as base and NMP as solvent. And as the final part of this work the carbon-nitrogen coupling reaction was performed in DMSO solvent and by NaHCO3. The reaction was irradiated by microwave oven. For these reactions 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR and GC technologies were used
