Three bioglass samples with different weight percent ingredients of SiO 2 , Na 2 O, CaF 2 , CaO, P 2 O 5 and B 2 O 3 and one samole of bioglass 45S5 have been prepared. The molecular structure of samples were determined using FT-IR and FT- Raman spectroscopy. To determined the bioactivity of these samples,they were subjected to SBF solution.The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectroscopy shows that substitution of SiO 2 with B 2 O 3 produce a bioactive material and a layer of amorphous calcium phosphate precipitates on its surface.
