In this research, COF containing triazine ring and aldehyde bond as an adsorbentwas used in solid phase microextraction.Adsorbent is indicated by using glue on metal wire and As an adsorbent were used to measure the chloropyrifos. Ion mobility spectrometry with corrona ionization source as a rapid technique used for analysis of compounds The effects of different parameters influencing on the extraction efficiency such as PH, stirring rate, salt effect, extraction temperature, desorption temperature and extraction time were investigated and optimized. The best extraction efficiency was observed at 1000 rpm stirring rate, extraction temperature was 25?C, desorption temperature was 220?C, extraction time was 20 min, saturated salt concentration was 0% Na 2 So 4 and PH was 4.. Under optimized condition, linear rang 1-100?g/L and detection limit 0.4 ?g/L were obtained.in analysis of spiked samples, relative recoveries were in range of 79-104 %.Relative standard deviation were in rang of 4-6.
