In this study, a novel ultrasonic injection port was designed and constracted for measuring the temperature sensitive compounds with ion mobility spectrometry. In order to optimize the efficiency of the injection port, Some parameters such as cell temperature, solvent type, carrier gas flow rate and sample volume were investigated. To that end, carbaryl, propoxure and vitamin B 1 were selected as the test compounds. Because of the thermal stability these compound using thermal desorption. In this research, for the extraction of carbaryl from the real sample, the DLLME method was used with a solvent lighter than water. The effect of different parameters such as type of solvent extraction and dispersing solvent, the amount of solvent extraction and disperser, pH and extraction time were evaluated and optimized. The detection limit of 0.3 mg.L -1 was obtained for carbaryl. In addition, the dynamic range and ralative standard deviations were obtained 0.1-0.5 mg.L -1 and 4%, respectively. The linear dynamic range were obtained 0.2-7.0 mg/lit, 0.5-10 mg/lit and 0.4-0.20 mg/kg for agricultural wastewater, well water and tomato, respectively. The detection limit for agricultural wastewater, well water and tomato were calculated as 0/06 mg/lit, 0/15 mg/lit and 0/12 mg/kg, respectively.
