In this work we report fast and low cost fluorimetric system for determination of trace amounts of water in both aprotic and rotic organic solvent. The analytical signal of the proposed method is of (4, 4’-Diamino-4’’-methoxytriphenylamine) (DAP) molecule. It was found that based on the quenching effects of water on the fluorescence emission spectrum quenching effect. The limit of detection values for determination of water in physical interactions such as hydrogen bonding is responsible for the observed (W/W %), respectively. The limit of quantitation values in DMSO, acetonitrile, DMSO, acetonitrile, ethanol and methanol were 0.0733, 0.0615, 0.0706 and 0.0667 ethanol and methanol were 0.2440, 0.2046, 0.2368 and 0.2242 (W/W %), be used in industrial applications such as quality control procedures. In respectively. Simplicity, low cost and high speed of the proposed water sensing system make it valuable candidate to such as DMSO, where the standard Karl-Fischer method gives problematic results. addition, it can be used for determination of water in redox active solvents
