One of the most significant and conventional system in spinning is Ring Spinning system. Although this system has very special limitation but keep its position in spinning beside that limition .The ring machine produces the yarn as package , which named quill. This yarn has some defaults because the produed yarn winding to the quill immediately whithout any reformed and improvement processes. First of all because the yarn cleaning process was not taking place , this yarn has some default . Another technical limitation of ring machine is the length of yarn that winding to the quill. This length is very little and it is not economical for next producing process. Winding isn ring spinning machine is not winding with evenness yarn tention to the quill .This producing limitation in ring system can clear up the importance of improvement process which named cone winding .The yarn default is removed in this process and beside it the length of yarn on a produced package is high because of the quill change to the cone . Another point in cone .winding is controlling the evenness tension of yarn in producing yarn process. For this purposes we can use some ways like controlling the speed of cone winding (indifferent methods) or controlling tension of the yarn along cone winding with intelligent control. Measurement sensor of yarn tension can measure the yarn tension .Then this tension analyses in automatic controller and at the end necessary pals send to the working unit and at the end this unit compose the tension according to necessity. As a result this system measure the yarn tensio continually and composes it according to necessity and so the yarn produces with evenness tension .thus using this system composes the yarn tension , which open from the quill and increase from the beginning to the end of the opening period . So this symmetrical cotrol system compose the yarn tension and evenness the tension on the yarn winding.
