Water resources restrictions in Mazandaran province, increase of water demand in agriculture, drought and high water loosesrequires to fundamental evalute the management of irrigation networks. In this study, Amil Gate quantitative impact and function assessment and it comparison to the Normal Spillway and Duck-billed Spillway in two test as incremental and reduced Scenario s of moderate and sever changes inflow in MC canal of Alborz irrigation network by using ICSS hydrodynamic model, was investigated. This comparison by indicators of the ASCE (MAE, IAE) and indicators of Molden and Gates (efficiency, adequacy, equity and dependability in delivery)have been proposed. Two indicators MAE and IAE according to the depth of water in the control system (the output of the software) and 4 indicators of efficiency, adequacy, equity and dependability in delivery According to the discharge delivered to the intakes (the output of the software) is calculated. In the first and second test, Duck-billed Spillwayhas a better performance in controlling water level and warer delivered to intakes compared to Normal spillway and amil gate, because the Duck-billed Spillway because of overflowing flow andthe long length of the spillway, changes in water level is lower, and regardless of the inflow discharge to the intakes water its requirements get more careful. Since the control system conditions in the second part of MC canal is Amil Gate, implementation of Duck-billed Spillway according to reduction of water losses and the importance of saving water consumption , Compared to Normal Spillway and Amil Gate is preferred. Comparison of Amil Gates and Normal spillway in the first and second test showed that in incremental Scenario, Normal spillway has better performance than Amil Gate. Of course, in incremental Scenario, there is little difference between the Normal Spillway and Amil Gate, but in reduced Scenario, Amil Gate has better performance than Normal spillway.
