The universities play a significant role in leading a society toward economic growth and social development. Education, research and services are considered as three major duties of higher education in response to ever increasing demands within societies. To increase the efficiency of higher education in development processes, recently the continuum assessment and improvement of education quality have been put into the research agendas. The major objective of higher education in development programs is preparation of human resources to achieve development goals through necessary expertise with regard to social-organizational dimensions. The main object of this research is to assess the quality of higher education in Bachelor of Science within different agricultural disciplines from the point of view technical-specialty dimension and socio-organizational dimension. This research based on the objectives, is an applied / descriptive research. The data have been gathered from statistical population, including 60 academics and 209 employed graduates- by survey study. The data were gathered by means of questionnaire and were analyzed by 11.5 also different nonparametric tests were used. Result of this research implicate significant difference between real status and ideal status of agricultural higher education quality in both technical-specialty and socio-organizational dimension that this difference in technical-specialty dimension is more than socio-organizational dimension. However, due to existence of the significant difference between real and ideal status regarding this dimension (confirmed by both the academics and graduates and in the different agricultural disciplines). The research highlights the importance of this dimension in educational research.
