Agriculture in many countries, especially in developing countries in recent years has encountered many problems and challenges such as population growth and increasing pressure to produce enough food. Agricultural activities efficiency due to the non-use of new technologies is very low and for this reason, researchers believed that implementation of cooperative works in agricultural fields could be caused to improve the agricultural activities efficiency.To reduce the problems of the agricultural sector in line with the handover to the private sector and downsizing government, since 2008, creating a network of NGOs operating in the country the implication of agriculture engineering and technical consulting services had been established. The objectives of this companies are: provide extension services, training, downsizing government, enhancing the quality and quantity of agricultural production, creating employment, creating employment for agricultural graduates, more and more farmers benefit from science and technology, promote the transformation of data for agricultural scientific services, increase the proportionality of agricultural extension services to producers and farmers and increase government accountability for growers and producers in agriculture sector. The aim of this study was to investigatio of factors affecting the success of consulting firms, technical and agricultural engineering in Isfahan province (2012). The statistic population of this research consisted of members of boards of directors and the managing director in Isfahan province. The study sample consisted of 130 patients from members of boards of directors and the managing directors were selected by using of Cochran formula. Required field data have been collected through questionnaires and interviews. Validity of the questionnaire confirmed by experts and its reliability confirmed by use of Cronbach Alpha coefficient calculated 0.83. The collected datawere analyzed by software. The results of research showed that the success rate of consulting firms, technical and agricultural engineering evaluated 53.2% at the medium level and the results of correlation coefficients indicate that there is a positive significant correlation between passing training courses, giving financial rewards with the dependent variable of success rate of consulting firms, technical and agricultural engineering. Also the result of research showed that there is a positive significant correlation between relation with Agricultural Bankand otherbanks, the received amount of company from contracts with governmental and non-governmental companies, company equipment, features of manager entrepreneurship, facilitiesand educational facilities with the dependent variable of success rate of consulting firms, technical and agricultural engineering. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that about 40% of success rate factors of consulting firms, technical and agricultural engineering could be attributed to (as based on Beta index): passing training courses of management procedure (0.382), giving financial reward to members against optimal performance (0.278), numbers of contracts with other public and private organizations (0.249) and having entrepreneurial parents (0.220).
