The ?-tocopherol (vitamin E) is a natural antioxidant whieh widely used as a food additive. Due to the use of its beneficial effects is limited because of its chemical instability in the face of environmental degradation caused by oxidation and temperature. The capsulation can be an alternative to protect the ?-tocopherol in unfavorable environment, and promote a controlled release of this compound. The nanocapsules can also be added in biodegradable film to act as active packaging for food preservation. In view of this, the present study aimed at the development of nanocapsules of ? -tocopherol for application in CMC biodegradable. To optimation of ?-tocapherel nanocapsul prodaction, three Variable in three level were used PCL (mg) polymer mg of ?-tocapherol (mg) and of lecetin (mg/ml), Results showed 75.33 mg PCL, 200 mg of ?-tocapherol and 2mg/ml lecetin as variables with 20 ml aceton, 40 ml Deionized water and 1.5 % pluronic F68, Nanocapsul ? -tocopherol 97.79% efficiency, size 204.5 nm Was obtained. Continue to investigate the stability in the most optimal formula was determined that the zeta potential -31.4 mV and polydispersity 0.213 (PDI) Was obtained. Then, optimal suspension based on 30, 50 and 70 (v/v) As an active was used ingredient in biodegradable film CMC. Mechanical, chemical and antioxidant properties levels (P 0.05) were statistically analyzed. Film tensile strength and elasticmodulus decreased with increasing percentage of ?- tocopherol. The saw Elongation to the original length, reducing the amount of water vapor, moisture loss and increase of surface free energy (low permeability to moisture activated biodegradable film). The film Than to control color and light transmittance is changed. Free radical scavenging properties by increasing nanocapsul of the film CMC increased. Morphological characteristion of cmc film from proface and surface and Antioxidant release were exmined in semi facty environment of 95% etlanol. show changes in mentioned parameter by nanon capsulation. Keywords: ?-tocopherol, poly- -caprolactone, biodegradable film carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), nanocapsu.
