The use of anesthetics affects the consciousness of fish can reduce the effects of stress. In the present study, the effects of propofol and clove oil in terms of traortation on hematological parameters (hematocrit, hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells, the number of lymphocytes and neutrophils), lysozyme activity, and levels of cortisol, glucose, lactate and pH in blood serum as indicators of stress in rainbow trout were studied. For this purpose, 6 treatment (each with 3 replicates) levels: 0 (control), 2, 4 and 6 mg/L propophol,1 and 2mg/L clove oil was considered. 230 Rainbow trout fish (with an average weight of 130±7.6 g) distributed between the test units completely randomly traorted to the laboratory for 3 hours. Arriving at the laboratory at zero, 4 and 8 hours blood samples were taken from fishes. Finally, compared the results to optimize the effects of treatment with 2 mg/L of propofol in blood parameters, biochemical, immunological. The result showed reducing the amount of cortisol and glucose than other treatments.overall, based on the finding anesthetic propofol with a concentration of 2 mg per liter in order to reduce the impact of traort recommended for rainbow trout Key words: Rainbow trout, anesthesia, cortisol, propofol, clove oil, traorted.
