: Many industries are in search of ways to reconnaissance, comprehension, recognition, improvement and better presentation of their own environmental performance and this matter is ascertained when effective factors on environment by suitable management performance of those activities, products and services that have distinctive outcomes on environment are place under management. Any organization in the direction of presenting own environmental performance needs the required crowbars for the course of better introducing the efforts consistence with the environment scales that have been tried. The ISO 14031 standard as a measurable quantitative precise propounded instrumentation is at the disposal of organization's senior manager, and for better presentation along with measurable scales of the environmental performance indicators which helps the management. This standard with any mission description, measure, circumstance and complex for all the organizations is useful. The aim of the current project, evaluation of environmental management facets of Iran-Khodro factory’s casting activities and also introducing the environmental performance evaluation trend to be to the propound of an instrumentation and inter-management process. For the same intent after determining the reconnaissance evaluating amplitude at the beginning, environmental performance criterions and beneficiary party’s prospect and eventually creation of environmental performance indicators has been completed. Given the related indicators from the currently informative sources available in isolation and normalization and at the end with the aid of environmental criterions have been analyzed. Analyzing provides suitable bedding in the course of identifying weak points, improvement of available opportunities in the performance of environment and also the importance of the required emendatory measures which need’s special attention and appropriate performance from the Iran-Khodro firm. The results and the parameter levels measured of, from point of view of the environmental performance indicators process, which includes the released gases, use of principal and minor material, energy consumption and the product's wastes, is indicative of suitable operation of different parts of casting. In the areas of management performance indicators, in total the level of environmental training, funds that are devoted to environmental projects and the number of enterprise projects and the finished environmental projects do not suffice the environmental needs.
