Despite the growth and awareness of the importance of biological resources real understanding of the importance of ecosystem services is still very low, and yet there is not a well environmental sustainability in this prospect's integrated planning. The process of taking advantage of environment in the past four decades reflects the loss of resources due to improper use of them and if this trend continues in the not too distant future we will face a serious crisis of food and water. To deal with this situation a comprehensive program is required regarding land (water and earth), Where the applications are selected in a clear framework and in line with the land's capabilities. Achieving a stable environmental plan, requires to consider the costs and benefits associated with changes in ecosystem services, along with other works in policies and evaluations. Zayandehrood the largest river in the central plateau of Iran has many advantages, such as drinking water supply, tourist attractions, sport activities and agriculture. According to the studies conducted and the need for valuation of ecosystem services for economic decision-makings and management planning, the importance of in Iran, in particular for the rivers is considered. Lenjanat sub-basin is selected for future studies in the basin of Gavkhoni, due to ecosystem diversity, application diversity, and water and soil problems and as the prototype. The importance of this study is felt due to change between ecosystems and its impact on ecosystem services, especially water supply in the west of Zayandehrood, with local multi-criteria decision-making. In this study, Multi-Criteria Spatial Decision Support System (MC-SDSS) is used, which combines the geographic information system (GIS) and Multiple-criteria decision analysis (MCDA). Proper assessment of environmental quality in the study area, was performed using remote sensing software and by focusing on GIS and MCE analysis and the process of WLC. The goal is to determine places where are potentially capable of afforestation, rangeland management and agriculture and to specify places with ecotourism and conservation values, and areas suitable for urban and industrial development. Also, the amount of water produced was evaluated according to Water Yield in TerrSet software. In this study, the study area of Lenjanat was investigated in terms of ecological capacity, economic valuation and water yield model. The results showed that these three assessments are in line with each other and rivers and areas with strong vegetation (strong meadows) accounted for the highest value.
