In recent years in the world and also in Iran, the concerns about the high-consumption of non-renewable energies, limited resources, water crisis and high levels of pollution caused by fossil fuels has increased. Therefore, many experts consider solar power as the answer to these problems Because solar power plants than any other power centers in Iran has advantages such as low cost of construction and maintenance, no harmful gas emissions And take advantage of useless and barren spaces to have the operation and therefore will be the perfect replacement for fossil fuel power plants. Considering the above mentioned issues and the importance of using solar energy to provide electricity, the Naein county was selected for this study. Because the potential of this city for electricity generation and also the future development of the region. To conduct this study, after identifying effective measures in the process of locating information layers as well as the required data have been used. This information has been processed and were prepared for further study. Then, after standardization by Boolean and fuzzy method and weighted by using AHP, the four methods for combine maps in multi-criteria evaluation methods, was used to locate the solar photovoltaic power plant. The four methods include methods boolean, fuzzy, Wieghted Linear Combination and Ordered Wieghted Average are arranged. Each of these methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, and selecting the most appropriate place for the establishment of these methods is used. Finally, by combining the maps and maps of land suitability to perform the procedure above, each of the methods identified specific areas that in general, these areas were reconciled. In the end, the final maps of the four- methods listed, were combined together and marked the 13 spot, a spot which is the largest in terms of size and in terms of proximity to infrastructure and to avoid limiting factors, the highest proportion and was elected to the user in question. Keywords: solar energy, economy and environment, multi-criteria evaluation methods, photovoltaic cells.
