Classification of suecies can reflect evolutionary and biological relationships and increase the understanding of the geographical variation of species and evolutionary units. Ecological studies, such as the modeling of ecological Niche, can be helpful in determining the taxonomic status of species.Using available information on the taxonomic status of goitred gazelle ( Gazelle subgutturosa ), ، sand gazelle ( G. marica ), and Jebeer ( G. bennettii ) and its suecies ( G. b. Fuscifrons and G. b. shikarii ). modeling of ecological niches of each taxon was performed using the Biomod 2 package and GLM, GBM and MaxEnt models in R software. Based on the AUC, TSS and Kappa indices in predicting the suitability of habitatof the species and suecies, the three models showed a good performance (eg 0.6 Tgt;). Among the variables used in modeling of the suitability of habitatof the studied species, two climate variables: total annual precipitation (Bio 12) and average temperature of the coldest season (Bio11) had the highest effect, and the slope had the least impact on the distribution of species and suecies.comparison of the modeling of ecological Niche of G. subgutturosa and G. marica species indicates the separation of western and eastern populations of Zagros Mountains and the belonging of Western Zagros populations to G. marica species.when was used in modeling presence data, which does not have accurate information about its belonging to any of the suecies, overlapping of G. b. fuscifrons and G. b. Shikarii . showed that Areas in northern Sistan and Baluchestan province are desirable regions for the distribution of each suecies. Keyword : taxonomic,
