From a management point of view, it is important to determine the effect of environmental factors especially soil on vegetation cover in desert regions. In order to investigation of species habitat of Halocnemum strobilaceum , Tamarix pesserinoides and Limonium iranicum was used ordination method in Sejzi region that located in east of Esfahan city as a critical region(environmental problems) in Esfahan province. Study area was separated in 6 sites on basis of mentioned specie including: 1- species habitat of Halocnemum strobilaceum 2-weakened oriented habitat of species of Halocnemum strobilaceum 3- species habitat of Limonium iranicum 4-weakened oriented habitat of species of Limonium iranicum 5- species habitat of Tamarix pesserinoides 6-bareland area( as a control area). For investigation of vegetation cover was used 1 hectare plots and was measured density, canopy cover, root system and age of some species in all sites. In order to investigation of soil in mentioned sites, was dug 9 profiles in all over of study area and was measured 21 characteristics of physical and chemical of soil belongs to 45 samples such as: pH, ECe, total soluble Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , Na + , K + , ESP, Cl - , CO3 - , HCO3 - , CEC, SO4 - , CaCO3%, CaSO4%, O.M, P 3- , ?b, Sand%, Silt%, Clay% and T.N. Data was analyzed by factor analysis method and then by ordination method using RDA technique and was achieved final relationships. Using of extracted graphs of ordination method was investigated interaction relationship between of important edaphic factors and studied species habitat. Results showed that some properties of soil such as CaSO4% , clay%, silt%, salinity and alkalinity, K + and SO4 - have most effect on habitat of Halocnemum strobilaceum species, and parameters such as O.M%, total soluble Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , Na + and HCO3 - have most effect on habitat of Tamarix pesserinoides species too. According to mentioned studied about of habitat property of Limonium iranicum was distinguished that factors such as CaCO3%, CO3 - , salinity and alkalinity - have most effect on habitat of this species.
