Medical plants in rangeland ecosystems specially in Zagros mountains because of existing suitable raining and being located in heights, are of great important. Isfahan province also that have different medical plants such as species Ferula ovina Boiss .Terpenes are the most important chemical compounds of this plant that characterized the therapeutic anti paroxysm and effect of these compounds on digesting. Samples of Ferula ovina Boiss were taken from five site in the west of Isfahan province: (Tangdoozan, Chalehghoo, Gohardareh, Eslamabad, Khersanak). The most important chemical compounds in essential oils of organ flower, leaf and stem of this plant were specified and compared. In order to extract essential oil, the Clevenger system and GC/MS for chemical compound determination, were used. The results showed that the comparison of chemical compounds of Ferula ovina revealed in different organs for five site, regarding to the grouped chemical compounds in flower organ essence, the most amount of compound were terpene, the sum of other compounds and ester (25/54%, 6/89%, 5/93% respectively in sites 1, 4and 2). Hydrocarbon and ester contains the least amount of compounds with 1/73% and 0% in site 2. In stem organ essence, the most amount of compounds were terpene, the sum of other compounds and ester ( 89/64%, 11/24%, 9/52% respectively in sites 1,1and 2). Ester contain the least amount of compound in site 2. Also in leaf organ essence, the most amount of compounds were terpene, the sum of other compounds hydrocarbon (17/81%, 15/25%, 12/47% respectively in sites 1,1and 2). Ester contain the least amount of compound in site 2. By studying existing similarity between investiagated ares an classifying their quantity statistics of 26 selected area attributes and 36 quality index of Ferula ovina based on partial Euclidean distance was cluster classified with the least variance. By considering the results of cluster analysis of area factors, 3 significant habitats were specified in 91/5% similarity level. First habitat include No.1, second habitat includes No. 2and 4. Third habitat includes No.3 and 5, one climate factor and four factors soil had significant impacts on this classification in habitat separation among 26 factors. Also result of Ferula ovina quality indices showed that threshold criteria in 80% similarity level, would separate five site in to groups. Group 1 includes locations No.1and 2, group 2 includes locations No.3 and 4, group 3 include location No.5. Regarding to statistics quality in dices, four factors had influence in sparation of site. To ordination habitat specifications and determining relationship between quality indices of Ferula ovina habitat (location No.3, 4and 5) which elevation, annual precipitation and frozen days factor together quantity index of sum of
