In order to The phytoremediation potential of Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh. and Elaeagnus angustifolia L. plastic barrel testing for removal of water nitrate, phosphate and sulfate in condition Hydroponic Culture, a factorial experiment was conducted based on randomized compelet block design with three replications in Isfahan University of Technology greenhouse. To prepared the goals 54 trees of the two species were planted in March of 1395. Nitrate pollutant was investigated in three densities of 0-50-100 (mg/L) and phosphate and sulfate pollutants were investigated in three densities of 0-30-60 (mg/L). Afterward the remove level and Cumulative remove of nitrate, phosphate and sulfate, some physiologic plants factors such as chlorophyll and conductivity, Mutual factors effect on physiological characteristics and also Correlation coefficients were measured. The results of analysis of variance for nitrate, phosphate and sulfate removal showed a significant difference at 1% level. The highest percentage of removal and cumulative removal in phosphate was related to Eucalyptus species at a concentration of 60 mg / L 95%. As a result, Eucalyptus specimens showed higher ability to remove pollutants than the pollen species. The maximum increase in chlorophyll content and stomatal exchange in the concentration of 0 mg / L phosphate for eucalyptus species was 38% and 35%, respectively. The results showed that there was a decrease in chlorophyll content and stomatal exchange in the anchovy species. As a result, Eucalyptus species had a better yield than anodic. The results of analysis of variance showed a positive and significant correlation between pollutant concentrations and plant parameters . The results of causal analysis indicated that the direct and positive effects on concentration of chlorophyll %35 content and stomatal exchange %37 were the highest.
