In the exploration of metal deposits, it is necessary to find ways which, along with other exploratory methods, it can lead to a more efficient exploration. Geomicrobiological methods are the new and effective methods that can be used to explore hidden and low grade deposits. This method can be used in different stages of exploration by studying the bacterial community and discovering their relation with metal mineralization. In this study, the bacterial community was studied using two methods; In the The results of molecular analysis by next generation sequencing showed that Actinobacteria are the dominant bacterial community in the samples. Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria species, in all samples, particularly at two point that the concentration of lead, silver, copper, arsenic and molybdenum were high, showed a further increase. Also, Bacillus cereus species was observed in mineralogical samples, but it was not observed in samples without mineralization exept for one sample. But in general, the Firmicutes showed a weak correlation with all points except a point.
