Performance measurement has become so attractive in both managerial issues and educational issues recently. Existing pressure like globalization, tight competency, and rapid change in customer demands forced organizations to increase their attention in using organizations resources to achieve their goals. Organizations need to measure and control the rate and the way they use their resources by implementing a suitable performance measurement system in order to meet their goals in more appropriate way. Performance measurement is one of the most important elements to make sure to achieve the suitable results. In order to face with this challenges as well as improve their key competencies, organization have to search for new performance measurement system and also focus on strategic management concepts to increase the performance measurement system efficiency. Moreover, as long as we cannot consider an organization without its supply chain, therefore, performance of our organization is affected by other supply chain organizations. So, we need to align the organization strategy with its supply chain strategy. In order to improve our performance management system, we need to include the supply chain indicators among our strategic map indicators. In this thesis, we used two BSC generations in order to measure the organization performance and aligning the organization with other organizations in our supply chain, also we used ANP in order to choose or critical suppliers and distributors among our supply chain. Finally the proposed model implemented in a textile and cloth manufacturing (KTI). With Regard to the model after identifying the critical supplier and distributers we were successful in designing a BSC-based system by finding the casual relation among supply chain organizations strategic map.
