Finding of suitable resource is the most important issues in supply chain. In this regard, several sterategies has been offered by decision makers. Outsourcing is one of these sterategies that has been offered in recent years. In order to improve the quality of services and products, reducing cost and production time, focusing on core competetive adventage, companies are using the outsoursing sterategy. companies are outsourcing their activities to other specialized organisations and focusing on activities that create higher added value so that can maximize the effectiveness of their activities. In this thesis, a decision making process for outsourcig parts of a product is presented. In this process, potential parts for outsourcing are prioritized by means of analytical hirerchy process(AHP).
