Customer satisfaction is very important issue in today's business environment. Warranty length and product prices are the crucial factor in achieving customer satisfaction and profits of manufacturer. Also In fact most of the products on sale are delayed and the sales delay is one of the factors that affect the properties of many products. In this study, we study the Profit Maximizing by Warranty Length and Price Optimization Considering Sales Delay. For this purpose, all circumstances affecting the length of warranty and price like the distribution of product life cycle in the operating conditions and sales delay, distribution of delay period, warranty policies, demand and cost functions, etc. used in the model And so the model presented in this study is closer to real-world situations and the results of this research can be performed on many of the products with sales delay. To determine the optimal warranty length and price, in order to maximize profits, products under Non-renewable and renewable warranty policies in each of the markets for fix and separable states on demand was performed and after the sensitivity analysis, the results have been evaluated. As well as the optimal price and warranty length and maximum profit based on changes in price and warranty elasticity and fix cost of product Studied and the results has been checked. Then the multimode system and products introduced and optimal warranty length and price and maximum profit under different warranty policies in various markets are examined and analyzed. Finally, model validation is done.
