The rate of competition in international markets has been enormously intensified and retailers as a part of the supply chain play a very major role in this competition. This is because they are trying to find some methods and policies for reaching to the competitive advantages and improving their performance. The aforementioned methods and policies must include return policy, personalized pricing, rebates, various products and etc. In this research a supply chain with two retailers is supposed. The products of these two distinct retailers have a vetically differention and varous feathers.
