Cooperation is based on fundamental human ideals such as justice, freedom, equality, fairness, and collectivism. This study aimed to investigate the corporate social responsibility and board of directors' organizational commitment of agricultural cooperatives in Isfahan province. This research is descriptive and in terms of the survey method. The data were collected via Carol's social responsibility (CSR) and Allen-Meyer's organizational commitment (OC) questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the questioner were confirmed by the Bartlett test and KMO coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha. This study's statistical population was the agricultural cooperatives, managed by the Rural Cooperative Organization (RCO) in Isfahan Province. Based on the Cochran sampling formula with a probability accuracy of 95%, cooperatives were selected. Instead, the selections of each board of directors to members of the cooperative were randomly selected as the second respondent society. The results of this research showed that only 13% members were active and participate in all cooperative meetings. From the members' viewpoint, the highest social responsibility of the company was in the economic dimension, and the lowest was in the humanitarian dimension is based on the Carol model. The results show that the management experience of managers was 12 years. The research results show that the organizational commitment index of managers was nearly of 48%. The results of the correlation test also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between members' satisfaction with cooperatives and corporate social responsibility at the level of 95%. Also, the relationship between the level of education in the board of directors and their organizational commitment at the level of 95% was positive and significant. Also, the results of the statistical test analysis showed that people with different levels of education become cooperative members with different goals. The results of cluster analysis in the field of members 'perception of cooperative social responsibility showed that the four variables such as performance satisfaction, members participation in cooperative meetings, age and purpose of membership, predicts the members' behavior in separating the cooperative into two groups with strong and weak CSR. The result of cluster analysis in board of directors' organizational commitment showed that the variables such as: level of education, management experience and Belief in the non-interference of other institutions in cooperative management predict the board of directors' organizational commitment behavior in separating into two strong and weak OC. In the results of the network analysis, the views of the board of directors and members of agricultural cooperatives were the same. Both groups believed on the overlap of duties between other institutions and these viewpoints showed that Jihad-e-Agricultural Organization was the most intervening institutions in cooperative management. This contradicts the original mission of forming cooperatives, as well as achieving the goal of decentralized planning .
