If a negatively charged particle heavier than electron comes in material environment, this particle can be absorbed by an atom and replaced electron and finally an exotic atom creates. One of the possibility to produce exotic nuclei is the collision of two high energy protons. Calculating the cross section of this collision is a tedious work and we applied programing. The main problem of this cross section calculation is the determination of the strong interaction. The aim of this thesis is gaining the best potential which can describe the cross section of two protons which produce tate. For this purpose, we introduce some potential samples and select the best diagram which is fitted to the experimental diagram using method. The shape of potential has a Gaussian form of . The best fit is obtained for , with chi-squared per degree of freedom equal to .
