Inrecent years, with the growinguse ofwireless networksandthe growing demandformultimediatraffic, designingMACprotocolsthatenableoptimalchannel allocationand obtain proper use ofthe network capacity, while providing various kashida; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal; TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; unicode-bidi: embed; DIRECTION: ltr; mso-layout-grid-align: none" In This research we have studiedthe problem ofchannel assignmentinMulti-Channel Multi-Rradio wireless networks, whichaims to optimize theNetwork’s performance by seeking a proper mapping between the available channels and the radios at every node.Allocatingappropriatechannels inmulti-radiomulti-channelwireless networkscanprovidetheproper use ofthe network capacitywhile providing quality of servicefordifferenttraffic. In the other hand by propper link scheduling(duetointerference betweenlinks), delayandthroughputof users andthenetworkthroughputis affected. The combination of these two problems(channel assignment and link scheduling) leads to a dynamic channel assignment algorithm considering the link’s traffic load; enable the optimal use of network capacity whileprovidingthe ability to service different type of user’s traffic. This can also improve the efficiency of routing algorithms. Thus we divide the time into smaller slots. At the beginning of each time slot according to the traffic on the links, channels can be assigned to the appropriate links. The Novelty of our work is to provide the possibility of allocating more than one channel to each link in every time slot.
