In this work, the conversion of levulinic acid to butyl levulinate by silica mesoporous KIT-6 supporter was assessed. The supporter was synthesised and functionalized by propyl sulfonic acid as bronsted acid and Aluminum as Lewis acid, then the optimum condition was obtained and the performance of this two acidic catalyst was compared. The formation of production was confirmed by mass spectrometry and yield of reactions were calculated by GC-analyzer and calibration curve. The catalysts were Identifide by XRD، BET، TGA، SEM، TEM، ICP and pyridine FT-IR analysis. The yield of reaction of producing butyl levulinate by using 7.5% of Pr-SO 3 H-KIT-6 as catalyst at 90 ?C in the molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1 to 14 after 8 hour, was achieved to 95.06%. Al-KIT-6 prepared in 5,10,15,20 ideal percentages of aluminum and after the optimizing of percent of aluminium loading on KIT-6 supporter in esterification of levulinic acid, at 130 ?C in the molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1 to 6 after 8 hour, and 7.5% catalyst, the yield was came to 95.40%. The optimizing condition of esterification of levulinic acid by isopropanol and isobutanol by using Pr-SO 3 H-KIT-6 were obtained.isopropyl levulinate was produced at 90 ?C in the molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1 to 5 after 8 hour by 9% catalyst and 96/40%. Isobutyl levulinate at 90 ?C in the molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1 to 3 after 4 hour by 9% catalyst was produced with 796% yield.
