: Having the current concept of quality in mind and the context of Total Quality Management itself, the feasibility process of basic quality control actions is nowadays considered to take place within a well-de?ned structure, known as quality evaluation system. In the quality of discussion, experts believe that the quality can not be reached by the iection and test activities included in the product. First, the product must be produced correctly. This means that production processes should be provided with stability and to all the species the head and work process are (such as operators, engineers, quality assurance personnel and management) should try to continually improve performance and reduce process variability key parameters have.Statistical process control during production, is the main tools required to achieve this goal. Finding cause of low quality or services is one of the most challenging in industries and companies, when they have faced decreasing in quality or services. If there were large number of parameter to control in production line or giving services process, and these parameters affect each other, it is so hard to find the chief cause. In this paper an expert system designed to use in statistical quality control system in production companies, which helped them to make a decision support system. Also, fuzzy logic is used because of uncertainty. Finally an expert system is designed for Marjan Tile Company to using in statistical quality control system and effect of it, analyzed. چکيده : چالش فرا روي اکثر مؤسسات توليدي و خدماتي هنگام مواجه شدن با کاهش کيفيت کالا و خدمات آن مؤسسات، يافتن علل کاهش کيفيت و خدمات اين سازمان‌ها است. در صورتي که تعداد کنترل ها در طول فرايند توليد و يا ارائه خدمت زياد باشد و تاثير پذيري اين پارامتر هاي کنترلي بر روي هم بالا باشد تشخيص عامل بروز عيب يا خطا بسيار مشکل است. در اين تحقيق، با مدل سازي و طراحي يک سيستم خبره به استقرار سيستم کنترل کيفيت آماري در واحد هاي صنعتي کمک خواهد شد و به سادگي مي توان يک سيستم پشتيباني از تصميم براي شناسايي علل به وجود آورنده عيوب محصول، ايجاد نمود. با استفاده از علم فازي، وجود عدم قطعيت نيز مد نظر قرار گرفته است. اين سيستم براي شرکت کاشي مرجان نيز جهت استفاده در کنترل آماري فرايند خود، طراحي شده است و نتايج اجرا بررسي شده است. کلمات کليدي: کيفيت، کنترل کيفيت، فازي، سيستم هاي خبره
