Deep drawing is among the processes which are widely used to produce various metal parts one of the most important factors in deigning the process of deep drawing is the limiting drawing ratio. Actually the main aim of the designing is to achieve the highest limitary drawing ratio in the least possible production time so that the project is economical. Considering the complexity of this process in the theoretical view of the problem and also the high cost of producing the dies, simulating this process before production seems necessary and inev itable. In this research , by using tractrix dies and its better design , a attempt has been made to prevent the force of punch and other disturbances through omitting the blank holder , and secondly to make it possible to use the warm deep drawing process in order to raise the limiting drawing ratio as much a possible . In this research process simulation has been prepare in two phases: Cold and warm. In the first one, all analyses are done by Abaqus/Explicit through the prepared subroutine elastic plastic. The spreading of the crack is shown by omitting the damaged elements. And by using the degree of strain equal to plastic in these elements, a criterion for the warm deep drawing process is suggested. By using this criterion the warm deep drawing process is dissolved in the soft ware Abaqus/Dynamic – Temp- Disp – Explicit and the damaged elements are disposed.
